What we collect

When you book, contact us, ask a suitability question or chat with our assistant, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number and appointment details — so we can provide our services.

How we use it

We use your information only to manage appointments, answer inquiries, process orders and rentals, and send confirmations. We do not sell your information.

AI assistant

Messages you send to our booking assistant are processed by our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate replies, and stored so our staff can follow up. Please do not share sensitive medical details in chat.
